Bailey Weston completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport in 2023. Following graduation, she spent her first two years working at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport in Louisiana specializing in wound care and diabetic foot care. Bailey and her husband relocated back to her hometown of Reno, Nevada in 2025, and she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2026. Prior to beginning her career in physical therapy, Bailey served as an active duty Air Force officer from 2012 to 2017. Assignments included Operator/Mission Qualification Training Instructor for DSCS (Defense Satellite Communications System) at Schriever AFB, Colorado, and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for Air Force ROTC Detachment 305 at Louisiana Tech University. During her free time Bailey enjoys rock climbing, exercising, hiking, snowboarding, playing harp and piano, and spending time with her husband and their family of rescue dogs.
