Dr. Bailey Weston

PT, DPT, MBA, CLT

Physical Therapy

Dr. Bailey Weston earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport in 2023. She began her physical therapy career at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, where she specialized in wound care and diabetic foot care, developing extensive experience treating patients with complex medical conditions and promoting healing.

In 2025, Bailey and her husband returned to her hometown of Reno, Nevada, where she joined Salt + Light Wellness. Driven by a passion for helping individuals with lymphatic disorders, she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2026 and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with lymphedema, lipedema, and other chronic conditions.

Before pursuing a career in physical therapy, Bailey proudly served as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force from 2012 to 2017. During her service, she worked as an Operator and Mission Qualification Training Instructor for the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS) at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado and later served as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies with Air Force ROTC Detachment 305 at Louisiana Tech University. Her military background instilled the leadership, discipline, and commitment to service that continue to shape her approach to patient care today.

Bailey believes in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and enjoys partnering with patients to help them regain function, confidence, and a better quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, staying active, playing the harp and piano, and spending time with her husband and their family of rescue dogs.
