Dr. Bailey Weston
Physical Therapy
Bailey Weston completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport in 2023. Following graduation, she spent her first two years working at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport in Louisiana specializing in wound care and diabetic foot care. Bailey and her husband relocated back to her hometown of Reno, Nevada in 2025, and she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2026. Prior to beginning her career in physical therapy, Bailey served as an active duty Air Force officer from 2012 to 2017. Assignments included Operator/Mission Qualification Training Instructor for DSCS (Defense Satellite Communications System) at Schriever AFB, Colorado, and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for Air Force ROTC Detachment 305 at Louisiana Tech University. During her free time Bailey enjoys rock climbing, exercising, hiking, snowboarding, playing harp and piano, and spending time with her husband and their family of rescue dogs.
Dr. Nina Routon
Physical Therapy
Nina Routon graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2013. She has been dedicating her career to learning about complex clients and conditions. She has advanced training in lymphedema, chronic pain, Parkinson’s disease, concussion, dry needling and cancer. She has been a certified lymphedema therapist since 2020 and has helped start several lymphedema and cancer programs in Northern Nevada. She also helped start Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s disease in Northern Nevada in 2015. She is passionate about caring for the whole person and not just their diagnosis. In her free time she loves snowboarding, hiking, camping and hanging out with her husband, 2 beautiful daughters and their dogs
