Dr. Nina Routon earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in 2013 and has dedicated her career to helping people with complex medical conditions regain function, confidence, and quality of life.
As the founder and owner of Salt + Light Wellness, Nina established the practice in 2024 with a vision of providing compassionate, evidence-based care for people living with lymphedema, lipedema, and cancer-related conditions. She founded Salt + Light Wellness after seeing how difficult it can be for people with lymphatic conditions to find knowledgeable, compassionate care
A Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT-LANA), Nina has advanced training in lymphedema management and oncology rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has helped develop several lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation programs across Northern Nevada, giving her extensive experience caring for patients with complex and often overlooked conditions.
Nina also has advanced training in Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation and helped launch Northern Nevada’s first Rock Steady Boxing program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease in 2015.
She believes exceptional healthcare goes beyond treating a diagnosis—it means caring for the whole person. Nina is passionate about empowering her patients through education, individualized treatment, and genuine relationships that help them feel heard, supported, and hopeful about their health.
Outside the clinic, Nina enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, and camping, and making memories with her husband, their two daughters, and their dogs.

Dr. Bailey Weston earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport in 2023. She began her physical therapy career at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, where she specialized in wound care and diabetic foot care, developing a strong foundation in caring for patients with complex medical needs.
In 2025, Bailey and her husband returned to her hometown of Reno, Nevada, where she joined Salt + Light Wellness. Driven by a passion for helping people with lymphatic disorders, she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2026 and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with lymphedema and lipedema.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Bailey proudly served as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force from 2012 to 2017. During her service, she worked as an Operator and Mission Qualification Training Instructor for the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS) at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado and later served as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies with Air Force ROTC Detachment 305 at Louisiana Tech University. Her military experience developed the leadership, discipline, and commitment to service that continue to shape her approach to patient care.
Bailey believes excellent physical therapy goes beyond treating symptoms. She values listening to each patient, understanding their individual goals, and helping them feel supported, educated, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, staying active, playing the harp and piano, and spending time with her husband and their family of rescue dogs.
